As winter approaches, we ride south or east…
During Winter it is too cold to ride in the high mountains and high passes will be covered with snow. We ride through western and central Nepal or east into the Northeast India.
From the beginning of Spring we ride across Nepal and through Bhutan. In the late Spring we can reach Lhasa from Kathmandu.
The Monsoon season presents real problems with landslides and broken or blocked roads and Hill Stations are shrouded in clouds and can be very cold.
Later in the Summer, when the rainy season has finished across the sub-continent riding conditions are nice from the mid-Himalayan Ranges and across Northeast India and into Tibet, are all accessible regions. In Autumn we ride in Nepal.
