FreeSpirit Adventure brings together a small, experienced team with a long-standing connection to motorcycle touring in Nepal and across the Himalayas.
Although Peter spent the last eleven years developing a career in geospatial technology and drone surveying in the United Kingdom, Ram and Rajendra remained actively involved in Nepal’s motorcycle touring industry. Their continuing knowledge of the roads, motorcycles, destinations and practical demands of operating tours is central to the relaunch of FreeSpirit Adventure.
Together, the team combines local riding expertise, mechanical knowledge, tour management and international customer support.
Ram Pradhan
Tour Manager & Road Captain
Ram is an experienced motorcycle tour professional with extensive knowledge of Nepal’s roads, mountain routes and riding conditions. As Road Captain, he leads the group, manages the pace and helps every rider travel safely and confidently.
Ram has remained closely involved with motorcycle touring throughout the last eleven years and also operates his own motorcycle workshop in Nepal. His mechanical understanding, calm leadership and local knowledge make him an invaluable companion on journeys through Nepal and the Himalayas.
Rajendra Dongol
Road Captain & Lead Mechanic
Rajendra combines tour-management experience with a thorough practical knowledge of motorcycles. He helps coordinate the day-to-day operation of each tour while taking responsibility for motorcycle preparation, servicing and roadside mechanical support.
Having continued to work within Nepal’s motorcycle touring industry, Rajendra understands what is required to keep both riders and machines moving in demanding conditions. His experience, resourcefulness and attention to detail provide vital support throughout every journey.
Peter Francon
Back-Office Support & Occasional Tour Rider
Peter supports FreeSpirit Adventure from the United Kingdom, looking after tour development, website content, rider communications and much of the administration that takes place before a journey begins.
During the last eleven years, Peter developed a professional career in geographic information systems, mapping and drone surveying. He now brings those organisational, technical and communication skills back to FreeSpirit Adventure—and will occasionally exchange the back office for a motorcycle and join the team on the road.
