It may not always be possible, but arriving a day before your tour begins gives you time to rest and acclimatise to local conditions. As part of the Tour Booking and Planning process, you will be asked to submit your flight arrival details and arrival date. These details can be entered through the Rider Pages once your booking has been confirmed. Log in to access the Rider Pages and view further information about your tour.
If you plan to arrive a day or two early, please let us know. We can arrange airport collection and book additional hotel accommodation for you. You can provide these details by email or through the Flight Arrival and Visa Details form available in the Rider Pages.
If you choose to transfer to the hotel independently, we strongly recommend using only Government Registered Taxis, particularly when arriving in India.
If you intend to stay for several days after your tour, we are also happy to assist with accommodation and onward travel arrangements. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
